The objects of the Association shall be to encourage and to assist the raising of the standards of performance and adjudication at Speech and Drama festivals; to advise national bodies and local committees organising such festivals; to seek and safeguard the professional interests of its members.

SASDA has excellent connections across British and Irish drama communities, available to work as requested.

SASDA members are available for drama festivals, speech festivals and drama tuition/coaching

 

Recommendations shall be made as to the minimum fees and travel expenses, etc., for both adjudicating and supplying written reports at any festival.
